At MAYELLE Volt LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are handled for our home repair, maintenance, installation, and inspection services.
All services provided by MAYELLE Volt LLC are one-time service purchases.
We do not offer subscription plans, recurring billing, or membership programs.
Clients may cancel a scheduled service appointment by contacting us at:

A full refund may be issued when cancellation is requested at least 15 days before the scheduled service date.
Cancellations requested between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a partial refund depending on administrative, scheduling, or preparation costs already incurred.
Appointments canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled service date may not be eligible for a refund.
Clients may request to reschedule appointments subject to technician availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible.
If you believe there was an issue with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment.
Each case will be reviewed individually and an appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
